Azalea (SCR-00099) is a 1500sq-ft townhouse apartment facing north onto historic Washington Square.  The property sleeps 4.


The first floor has an open floor plan with a front living area (gas fireplace), central dining area, and rear gourmet kitchen.  
A half bath is nestled under the stairs to the second floor. 

The second floor has two bedrooms; front and rear, each with its own bath and each with a ceiling fan.  
The front bedroom has two twin beds with an en suite full bathroom with a tub.  There is a separate vanity area .
The back bedroom has a king-size bed and the bath has a 5' walk-in shower also with a separate vanity area.  
A stackable washer/dryer is in an alcove off the hall. 

Both the front and rear doors have keypad locks whose codes will be furnished the tenant before check in.  
This unit has one dedicated garage space on East Congress Lane (behind the apartment), and a small shared courtyard.

There is central air-conditioning and heat.   We have two smart TVs with Chromcast for sign-in to your own Netflix, Hulu, YoutubeTV, etc.   There is no cable.

The central dining area seats six under a chandelier. 

The rear gourmet kitchen has a microwave, stove, garbage disposal, refrigerator and dishwasher and Keurig coffee machine. Dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are provided.  The large center island seats four. 
The upstairs front bedroom faces onto Washington Square while the back bedroom faces the courtyard and the carriage house beyond.
